So it's something goes like this- Both the SB and SD have a signed contract between them that concludes- 1.) she can't be in a relationship with someone else (that's why she highlighted the word 'exclusive'). If she falls in love with someone or hav sx or does anything against the contract then the SD can take back the house or whatever possessions they have agreed upon termed as breach of contract. It's costlier to get married in US coz when u r rich ur wife is entitled to ur property.. and sometimes with good lawyers the wife can destroy a wealthy man. SB is an easier and cheaper options for a man to get hold of a clean (disease free) girl for regular dot dot dot.. coz the fear of STDs and the costs of escorts on regular interval are costier than $5000 a month. (Escorts and prostitutes are not the same.. wealthy people hire escorts for privacy. The escorts also carry reports of their health i.e. clean from drugs and stds.. and their price ranges from $400-1000 per hour.. or $10,000 per day) So the SD has done his calculation very well. P.S.
