I have same hinges as on your video. I have managed to lift the door up as there was a gap at the top and stopped the draught, but now I cannot get the screw, within the hinge in between door and frame, to screw home as the two above thus leaving a draught and the door not closing in tightly enough. The cover plate sits slightly proud as well. The other two hinges are good. Any Ideas please. Do you know the manufacturers name of this particular hinge. Thank you.

If it’s the screw that would on a normal hinge be a pin. Sounds like you may of unscrewed it too far, you could try to shut the door and lift the handle and then try to re screw back in. Sorry not sure what the hinges are called. Thanks.

Which hinge do I adjust if the gap is centre bottom, but fine at the top?

You would still need to adjust all three hinges if there is no gap at the top but you have a gap at the bottom. If you draw a line at the top of the door you can see how much you can lower the door. Hope it helps. Thanks for watching.
