Adjusting the "Ground Plane" on your Hudy Tire Truer

A simple way to adjust your Hudy Tire Truer to get cylindrical tires using common tools.
This is my first attempt at creating a video for KZbin. I will eventually find some editing software so I won't be forced to do it all in one take.
