I have a scaled down adjustment layer in the middle of my video comp. With a blur added to it. So far so good. But Im trying get a border around the adjustment layer .....cant 😥.........I went into layer styles and picked stroke....yet on increasing the stroke width etc....nothing....no sign of a border around the small adjustment layer.
