yes, chemaxon can do it. You can do markush enumuration to create many derivatives from the basic skeleton of the drug.

Attempting to start Osiris Property Explorer, I get an application launch error; application exception; JNLParseException[ Could not parse launch file. Error at line 1.] . . . (much more). I've tried reinstalling Java, reinstalling Osiris, etc. Nothing helps. Any idea what the problem is?
