We salute prophet Zoroaster the great prophet who spread the religion of truth and wisdom in the world, and he was the first teacher to call everyone to be one alone, fighting lies, tricks, fraud, ignorance, superstition and false thoughts. We salute him who taught us good thoughts, good words and good deeds. He taught us that all human beings are equal to every gender, race, nationality, and religion. It is only the truth and goodness that make them different. He taught us that the path in the world is the same, and that is the right path. He taught us that happiness is the one who wants the happiness of others and try to try it. He taught us that every good person should try to build and new his land as long as he is alive, and to make the world new, and leave the world better and more beautiful than before. He is indeed one of the great men and thoughts of history whose thoughts and way have a great impact in human civilization, and will continue to the far hands of time. May this day be blessed to everyone.

What is the position of rooster in Zoroastrian religion? 🌿🌼 1. In the Avesta, the rooster is known as paro-darsh, which literally means “he who foresees the coming dawn.” Its main function is to crow at dawn to scare away Bushyãsta, the demon of sloth and laziness. 2. While the demon Bushyãsta makes people drowsy and puts them to sleep, the rooster wakes up people by crowing. While crowing at dawn it seems to say “Oh men! Wake up. Sleeping for long is not good for you.” However, lazy people do not appreciate the rooster waking them up. So they rebuke it by calling it Kahrkatas “a croaker.” 3. Being an opponent of an evil being, a rooster naturally becomes an ally of the good divine forces of the Universe. It has a special connection to Sarosh Yazad. It is said to be the keenest and most faithful follower of Sarosh Yazad, and is considered one of his closest allies. 4. It is believed that the rooster protects the world from the evils of Zohak, who is bound under the Demavand mountain and is waiting to unleash his evils on the world by trying to free himself. Tradition has it that throughout the night Zohak tries to free himself by licking at his chains making them thin, but as they are about to snap, dawn draws near, and the crowing of the rooster foils his attempts to escape and his chains resume their thickness. Actually the crowing of the rooster indicates the rising of the sun, and it is the good energy of the sun that neutralises the strength of evil collected during the night. 5. Another oral tradition associated with the rooster in Parsi culture is that one should not eat a rooster, the reason being that it is a representative of Sarosh Yazad and an opponent of Bushyāst dev. 6. The rooster is highly regarded at the Pier-e-Banu Pars in Yazd, Iran. When princess Banu Pars was fleeing the Arabs, night came on, and the exhausted princess went to sleep on the mountains. In the morning, the tired Banu Pars was not able to wake up and the pursuing Arabs came close to her. It was at that time that the rooster crowed and woke her up, and she was able to escape the clutches of the Arabs. 🙏🏼🐓🌿🌼 (Ervad Dr. Ramiyar Parvez Karanjia)

In Zoroastrianism we do not believe in seances, nor do we believe in tears for the dead, since these things stop the soul in its ownward journey. The effect of tears is explained in the Arda-Viraf Namah where tears are said to take the form of large rivers that the souls have to struggle through in their journey, so Zoroastrians are asked not to cry for the departed. Our religion is so positive. We are blessed to be born in such a pure faith. Best way to do is to pray for the soul to ascend to the heaven without any difficulty on the way. Imagine your loved one has gone to a place where there is no pain, grief or sadness. That's why we call it paradise where there is only peace and happiness for the departed soul.

Are there any specific prayers linked to various needs, like seeking help in sickness, or remembrance of the departed ones? 1. The primary aim of prayer in any religion is to elevate the mind and awaken the soul. These purposes than automatically give rise to other beneficial effects like peace, health and happiness. 2. Zoroastrian prayers are also a great source of health and healing. In the Ardibahesht Yasht, where five types of healings are mentioned, healing by prayers is listed as the highest type of healing, since it heals from within. Apart from health and healing, prayers are helpful for other aspects of life too, for instance there are prayers for success, courage and confidence. 3. The following are some main prayers for specific purposes: Khorshed and Meher Nyash for intellect and spiritual energy, Māh Bakhtār Nyash for peace of mind, psychological problems, depression, lunacy, at the time of surgery and for recovery after surgery, Atash Nyash for seeking help from the sacred fire, Hormazd Yasht for positive energy and well-being, Haptan Yasht for any general planetary problems and afflictions, Ardibahesht Yasht for general health, well-being, immunity and recovery from fever and other general illnesses, Khordad Yasht for employment, job and career, Avan Ardvisur Nyash and Avan Yasht for issues related to conception, child birth, menstruation and urinary tract problems, Tir Yasht for eye strength and eye related problems, Gosh Yahst for protection and general well-being of children, Meher Yasht for those who seek justice, Behram Yasht for confidence, success and victory, Rām Yasht and Ā airyema ishyo prayer for seeking suitable marriage partner, Ashishwangh Yasht for wealth and prosperity, Hom Yasht for making medicines more potent, wound healing and overcoming poisoning, Vanant Yasht for countering black magic and other evil powers and spells, Hoshbam, Sarosh Yasht Hadokht and Din Yasht for spiritual development. 4. If one finds the Yashts too long and difficult to pray, the Yazads can be invoked individually by reciting a name 101 times, like Yā Behram Yazad. Alternately just the Avesta khshnuman (invocation) of the Yazad or the Setayash of the Yazad could also be recited. 5. For health and other issues, there is also a tradition of praying a particular name from the 101 names of God, a certain number of times, to seek help for specific purposes. 6. The above are not personal suggestions or recommendations, but are the time honoured traditions and practices of the religion. Most of these have been recorded in old Khordeh Avestas, manuscripts and books, and some are transmitted orally. Jam-e-Jamshed of 28-4 & 5-5-19 Ervad Dr. Ramiyar Parvez Karanjia

(Irritable Bowel Syndrome treatment) A recent British study confirmed that vitamin D is the key to treating Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and experts believe that people with irritable bowel syndrome do not get enough sunlight. The British study that took place at the British University of Sheffield and was published in the British Open Journal of Digestive Disorders, in which scientists found that 82% of Irritable Bowel Syndrome patients suffer from vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D is produced when we are exposed to sunlight. It is advised not to take vitamin D pills without medical advice. People who have had kidney stones or have had kidney stones in the past, or even if a family member has had kidney stones (hereditary kidney stone disease) vitamin D pills turn into kidney stones in these people. To obtain vitamin D, it is recommended to sit 15 minutes a day in front of the sun’s rays in the early morning or before sunset, provided that at least 20% of the body is exposed to sunlight, and that the exposure is directly and not from behind the window. There is a study conducted at the University of Michigan, which proved that the risk of developing IBS increases due to fatigue, lack of sleep and feeling severe mental disorders. Therefore, one of the most important treatment methods for Irritable Bowel Syndrome is to feel comfortable, relax, take a full sleep and exercise. Doctors also advise drinking water and fluids, and completely avoiding drinks that contain a high percentage of caffeine, and all kinds of frying pans and all foods that irritate the colon, as they differ from person to person. Drinking a cup of warm (lukewarm) water daily on an empty stomach and waiting for 45 minutes before eating breakfast is very useful for treating all digestive problems such as problems of the esophagus, stomach and colon. FIRST SASSANID-TURKIC WAR (588-589) When 12,000 Zoroastrian warriors won a war against 400,000 turkic bedouins. The conflict started with the invasion of the Sasanian Empire by the Turks and ended with a decisive Sasanian victory and the reconquest of lost lands. Details : In a council of war, Bahram was chosen to lead an army against the turkic bedouins and was given the governorship of Khorasan. Bahram's army consisted of 12,000 hand-picked horsemen. His army ambushed a large army of Turks and Hephthalites in April 588, at the battle of Hyrcanian rock, and again in 589, re-conquering Balkh, where Bahram captured the Turkic treasury and the golden throne of the Khagan. He then proceeded to cross the Oxus river and won a decisive victory over Turks, personally killing Bagha Qaghan with an arrowshot. He managed to reach as far as Baykand, near Bukhara, and also contain an attack by the son of the deceased Khagan, Birmudha, whom Bahram had captured and sent to the Sasanian capital of Ctesiphon. Ferdowsi's Shahnameh (C.E. 1010) describes in legendary detail the dealings of Bahram Chubin and the Turkic "King Sawa" before and during the battle in which Bahram with his 12,000 men kills Sawa.

The Chinvat Bridge (Avestan : 𐬋𐬙𐬀𐬬𐬥𐬌𐬗 𐬨𐬏𐬙𐬈𐬭𐬈𐬞 Cinvatô Peretûm , "bridge of judgement") in Zoroastrianism is the sifting bridge, which separates the world of the living from the world of the dead. All souls must cross the bridge upon death. The bridge is guarded by two four-eyed dogs. The Bridge's appearance varies depending on the observer's asha, or righteousness. As related in the text known as the Bundahishn, if a person has been wicked, the bridge will appear narrow and the demon Chinnaphapast will emerge and drag their soul into the druj-demana (the House of Lies), a place of punishment and suffering similar to the concept of Hell. If a person's good thoughts, words and deeds in life are many, the bridge will be wide enough to cross, and the Daena , a spirit representing revelation, will appear and lead the soul into the House of Song. Those souls that successfully cross the bridge are united with Ahura Mazda.

Who was Aspe-siha? • Aspe-siha was the name of the favourite horse of King Vishtaspa, the patron king of Prophet Zarathushtra. Literally the word aspe-siha means “a black horse”. The horse has become famous in Zoroastrian religious lore, since events in the life of Prophet Zarathushtra are closely connected to this horse. • It is stated that the four legs of this horse got embedded in its stomach and none in the kingdom was able to heal the horse from this condition. Finally, Prophet Zarathushtra, who was wrongly imprisoned by the king at the time, offered to heal the horse with the power of the prayers the of Mazdayasni religion, thus proving his credential as a true Prophet of Ahura Mazda. This incident not only proved his innocence but also sealed his place as the true Prophet of Ahura Mazda. @zoroastrianism101 @zoroastrian_mazdayasn @zoroastrian.wisdom @zoroastrian.pars @thefezana @avestaexplained

Saoshyant is the Avestan language expression that literally means "one who brings benefit", and which is used in several different ways in Zoroastrian scripture and tradition. In particular, the expression is the proper name of the Saoshyant, an eschatological saviour figure who brings about Frashokereti, the final renovation of the world in which evil is finally destroyed. The events of the final renovation are described in the Bundahishn (30.1ff): In the final battle with evil, the yazatas Airyaman and Atar will "melt the metal in the hills and mountains, and it will be upon the earth like a river" (Bundahishn 34.18) but the righteous (i.e. the ashavan) will not be harmed. Eventually, Ahura Mazda will triumph, and his agent Saoshyant will resurrect the dead, whose bodies will be restored to eternal perfection, and whose souls will be cleansed and reunited with God. Time will then end, and asha and immortality will thereafter be everlasting. @zoroastrianism101 @zoroastrian_mazdayasn @zoroastrian.wisdom @zoroastrian.pars @thefezana @avestaexplained

Zoroastrianism has historically suggested several possible fates for the wicked, including annihilation, purgation in molten metal, and eternal punishment, all of which have standing in Zoroaster's writings. Zoroastrian eschatology includes the belief that wicked souls will remain in Duzakh until, following the arrival of three saviors at thousand-year intervals, Ahura Mazda reconciles the world, destroying evil and resurrecting tormented souls to perfection.[135] The sacred Gathas mention a "House of the Lie″ for those "that are of an evil dominion, of evil deeds, evil words, evil Self, and evil thought, Liars".[136] However, the best-known Zoroastrian text to describe hell in detail is the Book of Arda Viraf.[137] It depicts particular punishments for particular sins-for instance, being trampled by cattle as punishment for neglecting the needs of work animals.[138] Other descriptions can be found in the Book of Scriptures (Hadhokht Nask), Religious Judgments (Dadestan-i Denig) and the Book of the Judgments of the Spirit of Wisdom (Mainyo-I-Khard)

Yazads(Angels) in Zoroastrianism : 🌿🌼 Zoroastrianism recognizes various classes of spiritual beings besides the Supreme Being (Ahura Mazda): The Amesha Spentas, Yazatas, and Fravashis. In practice (cf. Sad Dar, chapter 26), Zoroastrians pick a patron angel for their protection, and throughout their lives are careful to observe prayers dedicated to that angel. Amesha Spentas (Phl. Amahraspandan«Archangels») Literally, "Beneficent Immortals", these are the highest spiritual beings created by Ahura Mazda. Their names are: 1)Vohu Mano (Phl. Vohuman): lit. Good Mind. Presides over cattle. 2)Asha Vahishta (Phl. Ardwahisht): lit. Highest Asha, the Amahraspand presiding over Asha and fire. 3)Khshathra Vairya (Phl. Shahrewar): lit. 'Desirable Dominion', the Amahraspand presiding over metals. 4)Spenta Armaiti (Phl. Spandarmad): lit. 'Holy Devotion', the Amahraspand presiding over the earth 5)Haurvatat (Phl. Hordad): lit. 'Perfection or Health'. Presides over water. 6)Ameretat (Phl. Amurdad): lit. 'Immortality', the Amahraspand presiding over the Earth. Fravashis (Phl. Farohars«"Guardian Angels») : Also known as Arda Fravash ("Holy Guardian Angels"). Each person is accompanied by a guardian angel (Y26.4, 55.1), which acts as a guide throughout life. They originally patrolled the boundaries of the ramparts of heaven (Bd6.3, Zs5.2), but volunteer to descend to earth to stand by individuals to the end of their days. Ahura Mazda advises Zarathushtra to invoke them for help whenever he finds himself in danger (Yt13.19-20). If not for their guardianship, animals and people could not have continued to exist, because the wicked Druj would have destroyed them all (Yt13.12-13). The Fravashi also serves as an ideal which the soul has to strive for and emulate, and ultimately becomes one with after death (Y16.7, 26.7, 26.11, 71.23, Yt22.39) (See Dhalla, History of Zoroastrianism, pg 232-243, 375-378). They manifest the energy of God, and preserve order in the creation. They are said to fly like winged birds, and are represented by a winged disk.

Frashokereti : The eschatological ideas are only alluded to in the surviving texts of the Avesta, and are known of in detail only from the texts of Zoroastrian tradition, in particular in the ca. 9th-century Bundahishn. The accompanying story, as it appears in the Bundahishn (GBd 30.1ff), runs as follows:[1] At the end of the "third time" (the first being the age of creation, the second of mixture, and the third of separation), there will be a great battle between the forces of good (the yazatas) and those of evil (the daevas) in which the good will triumph. On earth, the Saoshyant will bring about a resurrection of the dead in the bodies they had before they died. This is followed by a last judgment through ordeal. The yazatas Airyaman and Atar will melt the metal in the hills and mountains, and the molten metal will then flow across the earth like a river. All mankind-both the living and the resurrected dead-will be required to wade through that river, but for the righteous (ashavan) it will seem to be a river of warm milk, while the wicked will be burned. The river will then flow down to hell, where it will annihilate Angra Mainyu and the last vestiges of wickedness in the universe. In later Zoroastrian texts, it is written that the molten metal will purify the wicked.[3] The narrative continues with a projection of Ahura Mazda and the six Amesha Spentas solemnizing a final act of worship (yasna), and the preparation of parahaoma from "white haoma". The righteous will partake of the parahaoma, which will confer immortality upon them. Thereafter, humankind will become like the Amesha Spentas, living without food, without hunger or thirst, and without weapons (or possibility of bodily injury). The material substance of the bodies will be so light as to cast no shadow. All humanity will speak a single language and belong to a single nation without borders. All will share a single purpose and goal, joining with the divine for a perpetual exaltation of God's glory.[4] Although frashokereti is a restoration of the time of creation, there is no return to the uniqueness of the primordial plant, animal and human; while in the beginning there was one plant, one animal and one human, the variety that had since issued would remain forever.[1] Similarly, the host of divinities brought into existence by Mazda continue to have distinct existences.

Who are the Saoshyants? 🌿🌼 1. Before Prophet Zarathushtra, there were 9 divinely appointed spiritual persons who guided the Mazdayasnis and directed them towards a good life. They are referred to as Saoshyants, meaning “benefactors.” They were Mazdayasnis and their teachings were incorporated in the Mazdayasni belief system. 2. Later prophet Zarathushtra incorporated most of their teachings in the Mazdayasni Zarthoshti religion. Of the 9 Saoshyants, the first eight were Peshdadian and Kayanian kings and the last one was a pious and heroic lay person. Here we will briefly see their contribution to the Mazdayasni Zarthoshti religion: i. Gayomard : He was the first to receive a divine message from Ahura Mazda through Sarosh Yazad. On the basis of this message, he told his people to worship one God - Mazda. The Mazdayasni (Mazda worshippers) belief system started with him. ii. Hoshang: He taught men to consider and respect fire as the radiance of Ahura Mazda. He started the celebration of Jashan-e-Sadeh. iii. Tehmurasp: He recognized the power of evil and evolved possibilities to transmute negative into positive for the benefit of mankind. The concepts of being grateful to God and sharing one’s blessings by giving charity, were introduced by him. iv. Jamshed: He saved the world from the Great deluge, for which Jamshedi Navroz is celebrated in his honour. He divided his subjects into four professional groups - the Athornans (priests), Ratheshtars (warriors), Vastriyosh (farmers) and Hutaokhsh (artisans). He introduced the practice of tying the Kasti and enthroning sacred fires. v. Faridun: He taught people to fight evil in all forms. He brought an end to the wicked rule of Zohak and celebrated this and his coronation by the performance of Jashan-e-Mehrangan. He made several small prayers called Afsun. He made a special mace in the shape of the head of the cow, called Gurz to defeat Zohak. Even today, boys initiated into priesthood carry a Gurz in their Navar procession. v. Minocheher: He introduced the importance of the virtues of peace and harmony amongst all. He started the celebration of Jashan-e-Tirangān to celebrate the peaceful resolution of a territory dispute. vii. Kae Kaus: He taught the use of Khvarena, divine energy, to overpower black magic, sorcery and evil men. viii. Kae Khushru: He taught people the concept and benefits of silent contemplation and spiritual retreat. ix. Hom: He introduced the idea of developing physical powers through spiritual practices of wearing the Kasti and performing prayers. 3. These nine Sasoshyants lived before prophet Zarathushtra. Zoroastrian religion talks about the arrival of three Saoshyants even after prophet Zarathushtra. Their names are Hoshedar, Hoshedar-mah and Saoshyos. The other name of Saoshyos is Shah Behram Varzavand. 🙏🏼🔥🤲🏼✨ by Ervad Dr. Ramiyar Parvez Karanjia www.ramiyarkaranjia.com @Zoroastrian.wisdom @Zardasht_afrin1998

SELF-CONTROL IN ZOROASTRIANISM : Self-control is considered to be a requisite virtue of righteous persons. According to Zenophon, the ancient Iranians taught their boys, from their verx tender age, self-control. The example of their teachers ''coutributed much towards their learning to control themselves." (Cyropoedia Bk. II chap II, 8. The translation of Watson and Dale (iS86) p. 5). 1. I fight against Aeshma (anger), (who is) armed with terrible weapons. (Veiididad X, 13.). 2.He, who has not won his own soul, has won nothing (in this world). He who will not win his own soul, will not win anything. (Avesta Fragment, Pahlav'i Mino-i kherad, Chap. I 28-29.) 3. That man is stronger, who is able to fight with his own evil passions, and who especially keeps away from his body, these five vices, which are avarice, anger, lust, disgrace and discontentment. (Mino-i-kherad, XLl,S-ll). 4. The goodness of a person appears in (the matter of) anger, and the wisdom of a person in (the matter of) an improper desire,; because, when anger excites one,, he can keep himself in control through goodness, and when improper desire excites him, he can keep himself under control through wisdom. He, whom wine excites, can keep himself under control by good nature. (Mino-i-kherad, XVI-21-24.) 5.According to the Avesta, Aeshma Daeva is the demon presiding over anger. Anger or wrath injures a man mentally, in the same way as his enemy would injure him physically with a weapon. So, he is represented with a weapon in his hand. One is often asked to fight against that demon,i. e-, to exert self-control and suppress anger. On the fourth day after one's death, when his virtues of obedience and piety go in his favour, the vice of anger is opposed to him. (Mino-i-hherad H, 115, 117.Sraosha which is obedience and discipline kills it) Sraosha, the righteous(presiding over well-regulated disciplined life) will kill anger (Mino-i-kherad, VIll, i-l-) 6. (It is) Ahriman ( the evil spirit, who) thinks of anger, revenge and hostility. (Mino-i-kherad X, 5.) 7. A wise man asked the Spirit of Wisdom: What (kind of) power (or strength ) is more dignified (or necessary) for a man ? (The Spirit of Wisdom replied:) In the matter of power, that man is more dignified, who, when anger overtakes him, is able to suppress his anger, to abstain from committing a sin and (thus) to please himself (Mino-i-kherad XXXIX, 1-2 and 21-22.) 8. (The Spirit of Wisdom is asked:) By how many and what ways or means (virtues) can a man go to Heaven? (The Spirit enumerates thirty-three ways, and says smile emoticon:) The twenty-first (virtue is that of a person), who does not entertain anger in his body. (Mino-i-kherad XXXVII, 24.) 9. Do not be angry, because, when a person becomes angry he neglects good works, meritorious acts, prayer and worship of God Sin and crime of every kind settle in his mind till his anger is suppressed. It is said, that anger is like Ahriman (the evil spirit). (Mino-i-kherad11,16-19.) 10. Do not destroy (the beauty of) your soul by anger and revenge.- (Pand Nameh-i--Adarbdd Mehrespad, 84.) 11. Avoid being angry.-(Advice in the Ashirwad or Marriage Benediction.) 12. I repent of the sin of anger.- (Patet Pashemani, 10.) Ervad Dr. Ramiyar Parvez Karanjia.

The Fravashis are the essence of Ahura Mazda in every creation, including humans. They were created before the material and spiritual creations. Every creation, including Yazads, has a Fravashi. Each human being has a personal Fravashi, which acts like the Guardian spirit for the soul during life and even after death. The Fravashi is one of the nine components of a human being. Unlike the soul, it is incorruptible, as it just guides the soul. When the soul does not heed its guidance, the voice of the Fravashi is subdued and hidden. There are Fravashis of the living, the departed and those who are not yet born. The Fravashis of living are more powerful than the Fravashis of the departed ones because the latter can only help through their thoughts, while the former can influence the thoughts, words as well as deeds of the humans. Fravashis help in the times of need. They act as messengers of Ahura Mazda, Srōsh Yazad (inspiration of Ahura Mazda) and Manthra Spenta. They help children sustain and survive in the mother’s womb. They help people lost on the road, people on dangerous paths and when they are afraid. They fight evil in men and gives strength to fight against enemies. Fravashis are protectors and helpers of men and kings in war. They come to help whenever they are summoned by righteous kings and warriors whenever they are in difficulty. They uphold and repair nature. They protect the sea Vourukasha, the soul of hero Kersasp and future saviours. They also look after animals. Those who invoke Fravashis with prayers, rituals and offerings, are bestowed with gifts. They prefer being invoked with offerings in rituals. They give gift of Khoreh to those who perform rituals. When invoked, they set off from the spiritual world with other Yazads like Meher, Rashne, Behram and Govad. They give boons of health, happiness, progeny, protection, longevity, prosperity, power and leadership to those who ask for it. by Ervad Dr. Ramiyar Parvez Karanjia. www.ramiyarkaranjia.com @Zoroastrian.wisdom @Zardasht_afrin1998

Regarding some scholarly interpretations that Ahura Mazda is supreme god over many gods , the Yazatas are gods they claim, and this based on an understanding of the related word Khodai/ Khwada and the older word Baga (god) seen in Achaemenid rock carvings , both Khwada/ Khoda and Baga used in a plural sense , thus these scholars concluding Zoroastrianism is polytheistic. Have provided these sceptics with almost EVERY SALUTATION IN THE AVESTA where khodai is used only with Ahura Mazda and never in any instance used to venerate any Yazata However , when the Avesta liturgies were set in place, why is Ahuramazda Khodai present in every primary/ first salutation to Ahura Mazda and then to the Yazad where no Khodai word is annexed Here are examples: From the Avesta; To Sarosh Yazad: Kshnaothre Ahure Mazdao, Ashem Vohu (3 times) Pa naame Yazdan Ahura Mazda Khodai avjuni gorze khore avazyad, Sarosh Asho tagi tan Farman shekefat jin jin avajar salare damane Ahura Mazda beresad ! To Khursheed Yazad: Kshnaothre Ahure Mazdao, Ashem Vohu (3) Pa naame Yazdan Ahura Mazda khodai avjuni gorze khore avazyad, Khorshed amrag rayomand auravad asp beresad ! To Meher Yazad: KHM , Ashem Vohu (3) Pa naame Yazdan Ahura Mazda Khodai avjuni gorze khore avazyad, Meher Yazad davare rasat beresad! To Avan Yazad: Pa naame Yazdan Ahura Mazda khodai avjuni gorze khore avazyad, Avan Ardivisur banoo beresad! To Mahbokhtaar Yazad ( the Moon ) KHM Ashem Vohu (3) Pa naame Yazdan Ahura Mazda Khodai avjuni gorze khore avazyad Mah Bokhtaar Mah Yazad beresad! To Adur Yazad KHM Ashem Vohu (3) Khsnaothre Ahure Mazdao nemasate Atarsh Mazdao Ahure hudhao majasti Yazate! The above first was salutation to Sarosh Yazad and then salutation in the five Niyashes , to Khursheed, Meher, Avan, Mah, Atarsh In all above the word Khodai is only used with Ahura Mazda , never with the Yazad, mind you this is the pure Avesta Continue in the Avesta, salutations in the Yashts To Ahura Mazda - the Hormazd Yasht; KHM , Ashem Vohu (3) Pa naame Yazdan Ahura Mazda Khodai avjuni gorze khore avazyad, Dadaar Ahura Mazda Khodai rayomand khoremand Davar kerfegar bokhtaar farshogar ! To the Amesha Spentas The Haphtang Yashts: KHM Ashem Vohu (3) Pa naame Yazdan Ahura Mazda khodai avjuni gorze khore avazyad, Haft Ameshaspando beresad! To Asha Vahista, the Ardibehesht Yasht; KHM Ashem Vohu (3) Pa naame yazdan Ahura Mazda khodai avjuni gorze khore avazyad Ardibesht Ameshaspand Beresad ! In the all the 21 Yashts never is Khodai appended to any of the Amesha Spentas or the Yazatas Look also at the first affirmation to the faith, the Jasme Avanghe Mazda prayer..... fullest affirmation of worship of Zarathustri Mazdayasna faith : Jaasme avanghe Mazda (3 times) Mazdayasna ahmi Maxdayasna Zarthustris, fravarane asuetascha farevaretascha , aastuye humate mano, aastuye hukhtem vacho, astuye huvarshtam sheothanam ......... A clear affirmation of Zarthustris Mazda worship by affirming the professing the Mazdayasna Zarthustris faith- I am a Mazda yasni, I am a Mazdayasni Zarthustris, professing righteousness, professing Perfection of the world, abiding by good thoughts, abiding by good words, abiding by the best good deeds......... all this is from the body of the Avesta, not any interpretations from other related books Although Yazata means worthy of worship, the term Khodai is repeatedly used only with Ahura Mazda throughout the Avesta, and even if the word (khodai/ khwodai) is a later interpolation, it is never attached to any Yazata throughout the Avesta.

How can we believe in the existence of God if we cannot see Him? 1. In Zoroastrian religion, God is referred to as spirit among spirits. He cannot be seen either by men or divine beings. God does not have any shape or form, as He is essentially energy and it is not possible to see energy in any form. 2. Even energies from physical sources like electric energy, magnetic energy or wind energy cannot be seen. Yet, we believe in their existence. We essentially know about the existence of these energies through the work that they do. 3. The intrinsic order inherent and underlying in the universe, is also a compelling reason to reinforce a belief in God. If one notices, there is nothing random in the universe. The universe and our world is perfect, symmetrical and systematic, running on immutable laws. There is an intelligence that has conceived it, planned it, and that runs it. That intelligence is God. That macrocosmic intelligence is reflected in the microcosmic intelligence of every atom in every creation and every cell in every living organism. by Ervad Dr. Ramiyar Parvez Karanjia.
