you throw it, then deal magic damage and it ignites it, dealing more damage. otherwise it only slows the enemy and boosts brew's E

The new spec is basically mid game hero now. And they also has BB midgame power spike. It is not that easy to go HG with riki carry. Only lesh do push the game, meanwhile lesh keep getting ganked.
