We were blessed with a fine sunny day to enjoy the old vehicles, the re enactors, the period displays, the trains and the several musical performances from the 1940s.

With the exception of the diesel at the start that doesn't seem authentic for a '40s weekend', further evidence that the British really know how to put on a show. Amazing that a small town like Watchet can gather so many heirlooms from that era, and have so much community spirit evident. The gent in the main street singing was especially good. Very pleasing that the first down from Bishops Lydeard was quite well patronised. The working buffet car adds to the ambience. Another superb video: no surprise that a few hours into its placement on KZbin, there've been almost 750 views. Well done Mike!
