Recently Assam govt provides monthly 1k scholarship for girls who persuing pg in various disciplines only who taking admission into the ofline mode so, respected sir if there is no difference between distance and regular education then why Assam govt revoked to getting scholarship who is taking admission in distance education (it's a big discrimination between the regular and distance education )

Not at all, you lack common sense it seems. An offline student daily expenditure is colossal compared to an online student bus fare ,rickshaw fare , food etc cost around 200 ( minimum) everyday, a poor student cannot afford such expenditure, this scholarship is to dwindle such expenditure and aid the students. An online student doesn't require 200 rupees everyday to study. Moreover the degree significance of an offline and online student is same and we welcome that but getting admission into an offline University is unbelievably tough around 2000 student appear in the entrance examinations for each department and only 40-60 are selected besides that there is reservation, now think a general student only has 20-22 seats in the departments and competitors 2000, ST has 4,5 seats only same with SC OBC, can you comprehend the level of toughness to get admission in Universities like GU,DU,CU,BU . Such student deserve scholarship
