Hello i have one doubt , university is okay with MOI and no need for any other english proficiency , so when we apply for visa do we need to provide or will visa officer ask for English Proficiency test like IELTS ?

Before visa you need to give a language proficiency test i.e. IELTS and your APS should be compulsory, basically it depends on the course you are going for if you are going for bachelor's then TESTAS is also compulsory and if you are going for Master's then IELTS and APS are compulsory, but through MOI admission is not possible in Germany now.
