Admissions and Denials under CPC by Arjun Kadam

In Civil Procedure Code, admissions are spread over many rules. They can be done through documents; they should be clear, and unambiguous. Constituting an admission primarily depends on the facts of each case in the civil code. The party seeking admission can either call for the other party to make such admissions under Rule 1 and 2 of Order XII of CPC to admit the facts or the documents as in the case prescribed. The admissions are not conclusive in nature, they can be withdrawn or explained away, and they can be done through a document.
