Recently I experienced an awakening when I saw thousands of graduates from MSU wearing skimpies, mini skirts and "napkins" during and soon after graduation. The only decent item of clothing they had was the graduation gown. It was shameful. What kind of civilization or degreed education makes the human mind descend to this type of dressing. Now this teaching by Apostle Chiwenga has revealed the reason why.
