I don’t think anyone can ply fastest piano with full rytham in melodies way. I think this talent must be appreciated in the proper way. It doesn't matter how fast of how slow you can play any instrument. It's based how much you understand. We all have a weird mentality that all of us get wowed when someone plays the piano fast. We don't care about the technique, mood, and all the other theory aspects. Just because someone plays an instrument fast doesn't mean he or she is a maestro. You get experience by practicing and understanding your instrument after many years.
