Very nice video. Keeping in view backup time, capacity of each battery is hardly 145 to 150 AH and not 230 AH. Pakistani battery companies usually lie. Generally tubullar batteries are C10 batterjes. 230 AH batteries will provide at least 4.5 KW power.

Flooded batteries are not deep cycle discharge batteries and will hardly reach to a discharge of 70%. Keeping in mind the design of batteries. These batteries are performing good. Deep cycle gel batteries are for solar systems and ups loads and they are costly. No body spend money on them in pakistan.

I've just watched your video after 5 years because now the home electricity price per unit in Aug-2024 is almost Rs.45/50 per unit inclusive of illegal taxes. Getting 100 units on batteries a month means saving of Rs. 5000 in your Electricity Bill. Thanks for your constructive video on batteries back up. Stay blessed!❤

Bohat mehnat ki hai aap ne. Waisay is battery ko 50% se 70% discharge kartay hain phir charge k lye laga letay hain. warna life kam ho jaltee hai.

Just one things here , please add the formula for batteries discharge with considering all available objects, so that we consider for single to 4 batteries with different Ah , time , loads etc. Thanking you very much for good teaching.

آپ دونوں کی کیلکولیشن مسٹیک ہے جو لوڈ اپ چلا رہے ہیں اس کو چھوڑ کر جو بیٹری سے کمپئر اور وولٹیج نکل رہے ہیں ان کو دیکھیں ان دونوں سے بننے والی پاور زیادہ ہوتی ہے بنسبت جو انورٹر کی سکرین پر نظر آرہا ہوتا ہے کیونکہ انورٹرکے لاسز بھی ہوتے ہیں

آ پ اگر دس ایمپیر ڈسچارج پر بیٹری کو ایک سو نوے ایمپیر کا بتا رہے ہیں تو اس کا مطلب ہے بیٹری پورے دو سو تیس ایمپیر کی ہے کیوں کے انورٹر بیٹری کو اس ٹائم ٹریپ کروا کے آ ف کر دیتا ہے جب بیٹری میں بیس سے پچس فیصد کرنٹ ابھی موجود ہوتا ہے

very good video; appreciate your efforts. the battery capacity is normally treated as 50% usable energy. so in this context, 230 AH battery will normally give you 115 AH and these batteries are giving you the correct energy rather better than mentioned capacity.

he discaraged full. Charge Storage Efficiency came 75%. meaning this battery will give you 230Ah x0.76= 176 Ah

Tall Tublar Battery 230 Ah. 7hr 20 min backup time. 7.33 hrs x 20 Ampere = 146.6 Ah Usable 146.6 x 24 V= 3936 Watt Hour Total Capacity Correction= 230 Ah x 0.85 (Inverter Effiency ) = 195.5 195.5 x 24V = 4692 Watt hour Effiency Watt Hour Storage % = 3936 * 100 / 4692 = 83% This battery stores 83% charge. But remember at 40 degree Celecius Temprature the charge storage capacity is highest.

Tublar are useless. No timing. Normal 27 plates exide gives 9hrs on 400 watt single battery.

Kafi detailed video ti. Zabardast. Battery timing bi zabardast hy. Mera batteries kharidne ka irada hy apne kam asan kardiya. Kisi waqt iski charging per bi video bna lena ke ye kitne amperes pe charge krni chahiye aur taqreeban kitne ganto mai fully charge ho jaegi.

now the fantastic govt has raised the electricity prices so much that my Feb 2020 bill of 200 units was Rs. 5000/- so 1 unit is Rs. 25 (with all taxes waxes included) ......... (on 5kW home sanction load .....) ........ to agar yeh 2 batteries agar 3.36 units per day produce karain, then 1 month mein 100 units yaani 2,500/- ki saving hai .... 1 year mein 30,000/- ki savings ........ 2 year mein 60,000/- ki savings ....... yani 1-2 saal mein yes 2 batteries apni cost puri ker leti hain.......

Why did it run for 7 hours only? Batteries wattage capacity are P= 24volts x 230ah= 5520 So if we did it by Load of 400 watts 5520/400 = 13.8 hours So it should run at least 13 hours. Why did these run for 7 hours and where did the 6 hours gone?

Har inverter battery 10 to 9.8 volts pr bnd hojata hai tou amps tou hote hain battery mein lekin volts nhi reh pate isslye timing khrb hojaati hai. Agar inverter support 14 to 6 volts ho tou timing barh jae gi ku ke yeh batteries fully discharge nhi hoti

Brother mujhay doubt ho raha hay k 400 Watts par 20 Amps ziada consume ho rahay hyn, mere khayal may Intervtor aur UPS may Amp management may farak hota hay (shyed), ap kindly is bat ko verify karyn kisi sinewave UPS k sath bhi check karyn, kiyun mere experience may jo batteries k backups hyn 400 watts tak k wo easily 8 se 10 hours tak backup dy rahi hyn, especially, Lead Acid may normal batteries ka output ziada mila hay mujhay. Tubular ka backup aur bhi ziada hona chahye kiyun k ye Deep Cycle batteries hyn.

Just bought 4 Pheonix battries tx 1800 for my 48v solar system. It only gives 9 to 10hrs backup on load under 300w and it discharges about 5 to 7 amp. They ae making people fool it is not even 120v battery which they labeled 185amp and not giving half the backup which they mentioned on battery of 20 hrs guaranteed backup.

My Exide T-1500 145 Ah battery, which is under warranty, is not providing the expected backup time. I had it replaced, but the new battery has the same issue. Even though the battery's specific gravity is normal, it still doesn't provide more than 2 hours of backup with a load of just one 30-watt fan and four LED savers. My setup is as follows: Inverter: 1KVA HVS 1214 SCC Solar Panels: Four 260-watt panels Panel Configuration: Series-Parallel Total Current: 28.2 amperes Total Voltage: 49 volts Battery: 145 Ah Load: 150-200 watts Steps Taken: Battery Replacement: I replaced the battery under warranty, but the new battery exhibits the same issue. Gravity Check: I checked the battery's specific gravity, and it's within the normal range. Load Testing: I tested the backup time with a minimal load of one 30-watt fan and four LED savers, and it still doesn't last more than 2 hours. Request for Assistance: I kindly request your assistance in troubleshooting this issue and determining the cause of the reduced backup time. I'm concerned about the battery's performance, even though it's a new one under warranty. Please advise on the next steps to resolve this matter. Additional Notes: I have ensured all connections are clean and tight. There are no other hidden loads connected to the battery. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
