client interview is just made big by poor employer, otherwise getting approval is not big deal, But i don't know why companies are that much concerned, i even once offered half salary prior to clearing that shit so called approval, I clearly refused.

The question which you discussed about high risk factor vs unskilled excavation task, i think, they were right about what they answered. A task with associated risk depends highly on its probability of occurrence. In the task of high risk factors, there were all trained, skilled and experienced personnels. So the probability of occurance was low as compared to the place where unskilled labourers were working. So as a safety officer, you should go to that place of unskilled labourers as there is high probability that they will commit some mistakes and dangerous occurance will be there. However, this question is highly debatable but the best answer would be the one they mentioned. Please correct if i am wrong.

Why Tp for welding machine?? Welding mc are tested and Qc approved by manufacturer. So again why we hve to take 3rd party for that?
