on photoshop when opened it says "could not complete your request because photoshop was unable to communicate with creative cloud desktop" when i open it, even if i deleted all creative cloud bs with that revo uninstaller thing, any fix?

it works like 50/50 for me if i open after effects after completing all these steps it says that it doesnt have a connection with adobe servers and cant confirm my subscription status i have to tell it to try again so i can use AE

no it works with cloud not locally. since you have to disable the adobe applications in the firewall from connecting to the internet generative fill won't work. but you won't need it anyways cs5 can perfectly do everything. unless you want to pump out ai generated garbage and contribute to the garbagification of the internet.
