Great tutorial and could you do another video showing how you draw hands and characters again? I've watched your first one and wish it could be longer showing roughing out characters and more on doing your tube sock arms. How is that different from applying Blur to a tapered stroke ?

It's meant for using a tablet in my personal use along with using a brush. I was using a mouse while making this and just selected the strokes to add the brush effect to them. Plus, with using blur, you are using a filter effect. Your not using one, using the blending option. So it's still vector.

I never used they to change color. I just always lowered the opacity. Sorry for not giving you a better answer.
