you have to beat emomomo and divine intervention. emomomo can be accessed through completing the "la nuit de viv" speed trial in the muse dash world, and divine intervention is the final level of the dlc. beating emomomo will give you the emoji faces as an option in the customization area of the hub world, and the blue sparkly ball colors comes from completing divine intervention.
