Don't mix things up. Read psalm 8:4-5, Heb 2:7, and Heb 1:7. As for the bible you quoted, Heb 1:5, that was referring to Jesus. As for man, we're little below the realm of the angels, at least untill we become glorified, when we shall put down mortality.
