Adoniram was my 4th great grandfather. Today NY has an university of Judson. You can find a book about his life. Even cartoon booklet. I am a long time Christian living in southern California.

That is so awesome to hear!! Just heard a biography about his life and how hard it was for him to have children who would live in...it's amazing to hear that! And how you are still Christian as well! ❤🙏

I am from Myanmar so called Burma I am always grateful for Judson who brought gospel for Burma, he is our hero and messenger of lord Jesus Christ for us. There is Judson college in Myanmar too but Myanmar government hate it and want to destroy the legacy of Judson college.

I have a friend from Burma. It's common to hear from Westerners what a Western missionary has done, but it was amazing to hear from someone from the group who was reached. How so many Burmese Christians still thank God for sending him.

I'm one of them. Even though I'm not a Baptist, I really want to thanks him for his sacrifice for Burma in order to bring us the good news of Jesus Christ. I only read his translation of the bible in Burmese because it simply is the best despite some words in his translation is outdated. May God bless his soul.

Thank you for telling Adoniram’s story ❣️what courage he had, and all his wives proved what a loving man he was. We have a large group of Burmese people south of indianapolis. I wonder if they know Judson’s story?

Adoniram Judson Jr. was an American Baptist missionary, who served in Burma for almost forty years. At the age of 25, Adoniram Judson became the first Protestant missionary sent from North America to preach in Burma.

Shouldn't Adoniram Judson's willingness to be obedient to Christ's call on his life be normative for Christians? I appreciate this video presentation and the wonderful example of godly devotion it portrays.

You are exactly correct Ron" these men were (normal) Followers of Jesus Christ.......it"s our soft life style that promotes apathy from Surrendering all To The One That Bore our sins........Luke 14:33

Adoniram Judson was a man of great zeal for God that was in many ways not according to knowledge. (Rom 10:2) His abject lack of understanding of the finished work of Christ on behalf of his sheep led him to dangerously and heretically mix man's works with God's works in the realm of eternal salvation. A good example of Judson's error and a biblical analysis is available for your review at theearstohear blogspot com
