19:15 To be fair, the original is a reference sheet like a lot of the pictures Neytirix is working off of here. Those aren't necessarily meant to look pretty, but rather work as a guide for artists to work off of. This usually necessitates flat colors (because color picking from something that is shaded is either a nightmare or actually impossible and you have no idea what the character is meant to look like unlit) and some very undynamic poses, especially when you don't want to or don't have the skills for drawing your character consistently from multiple angles just to have a good reference. Especially for dragons (in this case either a drake or an eastern dragon) it's actually very common to just go with a flat side view + detail shots like the headshot in the top right and, where applicable, a top down view of the open wing span with the top side shown on one side and the underside on the other, in case they differ.

I love Neytirix! Not My Velma is probably her most popular video, it did the rounds during the outpouring of frustration when the Velma cartoon came out, but my personal favorite is Gotta Catch'em all but they're Dark souls Bosses. The concept is fun and the art was pretty enough that I bought prints!
