Amazing!!! Going to bed with this. Pretty sure for the last year, I’ve had high cortisol or a hormonal imbalance due to stress & working as a social worker in mental health and substance use on top of finishing university. Hope this helps before I can get to a doctor. Love from 🇨🇦

Travis, what does it mean when your body gets agitated by the sounds? I'm respecting my body and have stopped listening. Other Healing vibrations videos calm me but some agitate. Just curious if you know why?

It’s because it’s something you recognize in the sounds and it could be the person playing them too! Listen to your intuition! Their always right

There are times where a certain sound bath will be everything to me and everything I need. Then a little while later it will begin to annoy me and cause me to move on. I believe this is due to us receiving all the healing we needed from the experience and no longer resonating with those specific vibrations. On the other end, there are people whom I know NEED the sound bath healing but resist it and find it very uncomfortable and agitating to listen to. The moment the take deep breaths and surrender to the vibrations, it becomes a lot more comfortable and they can have a much more profound experience from it. I would say to explore why they feel agitating and breathe into those feelings, there might be healing in there. 🧡🙏🫂
