Dave has brains! That's why! He knows its all just a merchandise selling game and so he goes off and lives his life playing golf and such. 1950's strat for maiden? Are you serious maiden? Cause the joke is way out of date! But I guess they lost sales when they played the 1980's guitar designs. So its 1950's all the way! Strats all round now! It's just Looney Tunes these days. I saw this guitar in the shop once, and it was once. That tells the whole story about the music world. They get in 1 guitar to sell, and then once its gone, that's all there ever will be for sale! Now that shop is completely gone! And I'm gone from this video! Note the pattern!? 400 shops who never got the guitar into the shop to sell it and 1 shop that did and now, they're ALL out of business! What a stupid, stupid game this is.

He's a genius. He made the best riffs and solos on Maiden history. Maiden wouldn't be what it is today without Adrian (And Harris off course! But we are on an Adrian video). +TrevRockOne Listen to actual studio albums. Janick is very in harmonies and/or melodies in the studio. Sure live it sounds different, but that's because Maiden is a live band. They put there all into preforming. I'm sure you wouldn't want to see grown men up in there 60's just standing there playing instruments. You want to see men well into their 60's jumping around and moving, you know? Giving the audience what they paid for. Anyways. UP THE IRONS! \m./

Adrian is so right, especially as a guitarist in one of the biggest heavy metal bands of all time. Some of those riffs are not hard to play themselves but to get the feel and timing of them can be very tricky. It seems that Adrian uses well places upstrokes on some of those riffs, especially the one for The Wicker Man.

The thing that works about this guitar is that it is a very simple strat evo that improved on the original design yet was still faithfully a Fender look. The stark white black hardware is timeless and the oversized Jackson logo is very standout. I reckon if Jackson had produced this exactly (no not just san dimas models under Charvel) in the 80's more US players would have ignored Ibanez and played local.
