Iam not exactly certin when he became a offical co- owner or even if he still is but i remember when i had my first snare made for me from OC in early 1998 and shortly after their was a article in Modern Drummer Magazine with Daniel Jensen and John Machado and they said that Adrian loved the company so much he decided to buy into it.

I live in mexico dreaming about owning at least just a freak damn snare drum, the cheapest one!! and I haven't saved enough money to buy one, and I guess it will take years for me to go tu usa and buy a snare( hahha how sad, is my fault for live in mexico and for being so poor lol), Adrian talks like if ordering OCDP was as easy as ordering pizza, "yeh yeh, gimme two snares, they have to be decorated with real 1000 dollar bills plz..." omg
