Yeah I read it somewhere that the directors felt like they should definitely kiss in that scene but they couldn't figure out how to make it work but when they were filming the scene, laura marano just improved it and ran up and kissed him and that's the scene that's in the episode. :)))

This was my first ship before I knew what shipping was. And honestly I’m happy it was! It was such a healthy relationship and the way they treated each other was amazing. They supported and looked after each other. And they apologized to each other when they knew they were in the wrong.
