Been running the leech since the recent buff. Taken down quite a few raptor..not to bad actually. When to deploy the ability and when to take cover is the key.😮

It's great when they make older bots relevant again. I mean I know it isn't exactly meta but speed makes a huge difference in this game and can often help to turn beacon games around. Adrian, I run 3x repair amps and 1x damage controller on my Mauler and it's EXTREMELY strong. You don't need any help with damage with those weapons. Try it out and let me know what you think.

Adrian. You are mostly using ultimate waepons these days. That doesnt give a true reflection on true real gameplay.

I understand what you’re saying, yet in Campion league it’s commonplace. I’ve seen some Champions with five hangars full of maxed UE everything. My hangar doesn’t stand a chance. I have only one UE weapon that I got through Leaderboard. Haven’t gotten one since.

I'm also running those Ultimate weapons or bots because players have requested to see them - some of them are Patreon members as well. If you wanted me to run a "true reflection" of gameplay in Champion League then I would need to stack more meta because I don't generally run a meta hangar even if things are maxed out. That means I would need to throw in more Raptors, make sure to run Mauler etc.

I do agree but I enjoy watching Adrian play. I don't play so much due to the cost but I always try to find ways I can apply what he's doing in my older hanger. Inspires me to dust off some old weapons and bots to see if I can do any damage in the champion league meta 😅😅

To my defence on the first game. I was playing support roll at "B" most of the game in my pathfinder. Then I was the main gunner against the opposing teams mauler for the second half of the game. I was caught between and advancing mauler on the left and three titans camping on their second beacon. I eventually lost out to mauler in my eiffel. And that was our spawn. 😢

Hi Adrian, i wish you would've featured some regular weapons on it too instead of UE weapons as that would've given us regular players some idea what to upgrade amid that upcoming rebalance. i know for sure Hazard wont be good after the nerf coz i saw Tony's video yesterday and radiation weapons will pretty much become Diamond or Expert league weapons after the nerf, also im already using Mace on my Ravana. im debating between either 2 Atomizers + 2 Damper (as i only have 3 atomizers) or 4 of those lock down weapons that have 600m range (i forgot their name).

Ah yes, the possessed Leech. I use it with flamers and paralysis, that robot provides so much fun, even more when the enemies don't realize what it's ability does. I've been able to take 70% on a mk3 raptor with it, it was at the start of the match so he didn't had amplifiers loaded, so I locked him and coocked him, but what really made him lose that much hp was his magnet weapons shooting me on ability

Just an FYI. With the new Collector skills it will change what you can actually achieve when you’re showcasing Bots. 30% damage reduction & 30% damage boost on tier 4 bots & weapons is enormous compared to a beginner.

I was wanting to run the leech for a while now and now I know what pilot skills to use. 😂 my plan is to use those newer ice rockets - two immune amps- one nuclear amp- shai drone for last stand and survivability

OMG leech is perfect counter to raptor. You can use your ability to reflect incoming damage too.

I’ve been running two different setups on Leech. One is 2 x UE Orkans 2 x UE Igniters, and currently running the vampire weapons. Using Seeker right now with LS/BU/NA I notice you still run Dagon. If you want a fun (and surprisingly effective) build on it, run 6 x Experimental Sparks (they look the best 😂), with GuidanceOperator. You won’t regret it.

@@adrianchongalso, not sure if I just missed it but if not, a lot of players don’t realize with Leech, if the bot you’re locked into with your ability dies with time remaining on the ability, you can hit your ability button again to re-lock onto another Red for the duration. It has saved me and gotten me an extra kill several times.

Did you know you cannot obtain futuristic quaker? It’s been like that for like a year. Your not able to get it from boxes and only the regular version shows in shop.

I didn't know that about the Quarker. I usually just use them because they look nicer but overall it's only an extra 5% more damage which isn't much in the grand scheme of things. Also not sure about the regular version being in the shop... or are you referring to the Workshop?

Hey Adrian, after the recent nerfs is it still good to run the curie. If yes, should I run brisant, nucleon, redeemer, decay, glacier, subduer while also taking into account of future and current nerfs and buffs.

I think Curie will still be pretty strong unless they nerfed it further from when I tested it. When I tested some of the changes two weeks ago the Curie and Raptor really stood out as being "over-powered" as they definitely took longer to kill. The Raptor surprised me the most though because they nerfed the Reflector Shield and damage with it's ability but still it was very tanky. Just based on what I saw I wouldn't be surprised if we see further nerfs to both bots in the future (after the rebalance).

Ooh a speed buff coming for our leeches! And why do KZbinrs not use repair amps anymore? Just for that 5kph speed with extra immune amp? And if you don’t run last stand you should use the last stand shai drone.

I could have used Repair Amps but I wanted slightly more speed which is why I tried it with two Immune Amplifiers. I've actually switched a lot of my builds from two Repair Amplifiers to Repair Amplifier and Last Stand - this is more because of all the Unstable Conduit out there plus builds in general doing much more damage.

Road Hog with Thomas Mindread and Engine Expert makes a huge difference. There are other things you can add to it like the Immune Amplifiers, Kestrel/Armadillo and Adamant Road Hog but the other skills I mentioned first are the more important ones.

I always found the Leech was way too squishy, even during ability. I’m surprised anyone considers using it nowadays lol.

It actually didn't do too bad but you need to run a Last Stand on it. I really want to try the Leech with Cryos after the buff because I think that might fare well against the Raptor. If the Raptor is getting a Reflector Shield nerf you can leech onto a Raptor and redirect all their damage back onto them. Keep in mind if you're running Cryos you'll freeze them up which boosts damage by another 20% plus the cryo rockets will be reloading faster.
