people don't go basck to old weapons, not because they're old, but because pixonic typically nerfs them into the ground and then rarely buff them to a decent competitiveness

Pixonic will see the numbers anyways. I'm pretty sure they do reports where they can see damage numbers of all weapons - you kinda need to do this if you're balancing the game. Hence why they're buffing things like Heimdall, Snaer, Skadi, Hel, Spark, Cryo weapons etc. They can see the numbers across the board across the entire player base, in all leagues etc.

About that sequence with the UE Bulgasari. Since its shield is small, I would have kept firing my weapons so that my should would disperse even more and ignore his shield.

I actually didn't want to keep firing because when these weapons overheat they're also less accurate. My thinking was if I kept my weapons cooled down when they turn to face me I can squeeze in more damage since the shot grouping would be tigher.

I briefly used them on Ivory Ravana a few months ago, but only got them to level 11 before I stopped using that setup, focused on one singular hangar, and became much better as a moderately spending player.

I don't think I would use it on something like a Ravana. Actually what might be a good setup is the Ravana Cryo. While Cryo won't be sustained damage it has very good burst damage which fits well with Ravana's ability.

It looks almost like a bug the way they're inflicting damage through reflector shields like that. Raptors, Luch's, they were all taking insane damage through their reflectors! I have these weapons but I haven't used them for a long time. I might give them a go and see what happens.

It's crazy right? I think you were watching my Members Stream last weekend but a few guys were wondering what was on my Ophion. At first I thought it was my imagination but then when I tested the whole family it's almost as if they do better vs Reflectors when compared to other weapons.

It's always been there, every time they make a new meta, they make it have a smaller hit box, that's why quarker atomizer and nucleon works on most of them because they have a 100% accuracy till they lose it

Because when bending weapons became popular, Atomaizer-type weapons declined in popularity because they had to be shot by exposing the body. Even after the Bending weapon was nerfed, its use did not increase due to high firepower weapons such as Spear. We also believe that one of the reasons is that weapons with a 600 meter range are powerful.

Well , I have all three types of these energy machine gun weapons. Only have 2 aol edition Nucleon , 3spl edition Quarker's . an 3 App edition Atomizers .. I've used these guns on my Bohemoth , Leech , an Typhon .. Also my Mars .. For the lack of spl editions, I've got plenty of the reg type that I've either got through the black market or made from the workshop. I haven't used these @ all lately because my resources are going to finish out other priority builds. However , I've been saving the memorium to get better pilot skills for the above mentioned bots .. As well as the rest of my resources. When I've gotten enuff , I will finish up some drones , then weapons an Bots. In that order. Mostly because I've got a few drones worth leveling .. Won a coupla good drones an purchased a few too ! Couldn't resist getting them Good vid Adrian .. Btw I've finally gotten my Raptor up to MK-12 😃 Now to max out my Puncher ..jeez it NVR ends lol

I’ve been using automizers and quakers on my Ares as a Titan killer, it works very well. This build is from Manni gaming ares Titan killer video and it has never left my hanger ever since. Btw I’m an F2P in champs league

Hey Adrian, if you are going towards older builds, do try out the leech igniters. I run the setup with freedom igniters and i think it is a strong build. I use the paralysis drone with the setup and the flamethrower pilot. I think the leech ability really allows the igniters to deal damage plus the lockdown from the paralysis. Its a fun to play build.

I run them on a Skyros because at close range, overheat is irrelevant as you're usually close enough the bullet spread doesn't cause misses.

I've used 4 Nucleons on a Behemoth with some success. Not the most ideal build but definitely fun. Typhon with 4 Ivory Atomizers is also fun with River Chase, the paintjobs go well together.

Also ran the same build, very situational. Needs a proper timing, some easy kills and armadillo, then it becomes extremely good. Granted, my shit is maxed but even then, Shenlou wipes me with ease However, Lynx does very well with it, people underestimate it and end up constantly dying to it. I usually last in it the whole game, with Kestrel, ofc

Keep in mind, he uses repair 26 times in the second game. At 35 a pop, that’s 910 power cells. If you can spend this much on a single game then go for it, otherwise this output isn’t realistic

I have them on my ancient Tyr and they do surprisingly well. Those are really accurate and pair well with the Paralysis drone.

It will help but remember some of these players in this video are also maxed out. The thing is I could have boosted my damage further. For example on Dagon I was using Seeker rather than Pascal but keep in mind too Pascal is getting a nerf in the next update.

I use them on my imugi. They take a bit more skill to use. I see more people use weapons that lock-on to targets. There also good at getting bots in stealth after they heat up and the spread widens when the accuracy goes down.

No I don't think it's just the Raptor. Look at the Luchador. I know that guy's Luchador was probably not maxed but it seems like it's doing more damage. That means if you fire at things like Harpy, Siren, Hawk etc it probably does well against those too.

Yep I have them saved in my inventory when the athos Nerf some into effect. I'm gonna try them on my Lynx, they where my main weapons for my seraph back in the days when the seraph became OP and Fastest flying robot. Yeah, I have redeemers as well But I use them on my behemoth since it's one of my tanky beacon defenders as well as my Fenrir. I have old robots. anyways. some o got for free on past Christmas events

It doesn't make sense to think that they are a good option against Raptor or Reflector bots in general. I think two options are most likely: this is a case of confirmation bias (possibly reliant on coming across lower-levelled Raptors) or there is a new bug that stands to be fixed. Anyways I do use 2 Quarker and Shatter on Mender, and 2 Nucleon on Raijin. I avoid Atomizer because, like Pulsar so far, it is underpowered for its weight class, and this underpowered-ness appears to be reflected in the higher frequency with which people get them from chests, as if Pixonic gives them away to "justify" keeping them weak (and, in case they can get someone to waste resources upgrading, they still classify them as T4, like a tamer version of the Deceiver/Trickster situation).

I'm confused how you get away with firing at reflecting Raptors in your videos. Even fully maxed, I die immediately if I fire on them during their ability at all, but you barely seem to notice. In general you seem to kill enemies left and right so much more easily. I guess it has to be my imagination, and I know you're good, but damn my bots die fast and my weapons all seem weak, even with the same builds.

Depends on the bot you’re putting it on. Take the Ravana for example you wouldn’t change Arnav Poe as he’s the better pilot for that bot regardless of weapons pilot you’d want to put on it but not all bot pilots are the same and others you can get away with especially with that new bot Bagliore.

I always tell players never to sell their weapons especially if they have it levelled up - now you know why. This isn't the first time either and I don't expect it to be the last time. Before this they buffed the Halo, Corona and Glory multiple times after they were nerfed bad. The crazy part is that the Glory made it back into the meta I think either during Orochi or Lynx when it came out and was the best build for it.

Maybe what you could do is keep 2 Dampers on it and switch the Deceivers out for Atomizers. That way you deal more damage AND inflict rust

I wouldn't use Deceivers. With Dampers I'd have to test it. Also I would have to test Atomizers on Typhon. I mentioned when I ran it on Fafnir it wasn't as strong but I think it has to do with weapon placement. If the weapons are placed too far apart it affects shot grouping (your bullets aren't as close to each other so more miss). This is why Dagon and something like a Blitz would be deadly because of how close their weapon placements are. Hope this makes sense?

I think the EMGs would do more damage because there's really no reload. Rads will have range advantage though.

Players don't realize they probably do reports of all weapon stats, bot stats, Titan stats etc every few months. They would know these things way before I even mention anything. There's a reason why they buffed Halo, Corona, Glory, Blaze, Igniters, Redeemers, Shredders etc. They can see from numbers how much damage they're performing in each league, how many players are running them etc.

I'm certain players would be more inclined to experiment and try around if it wasn't for the cost. Upgrading 6x of whatever to an viable level gonna cost, even more if the set-up doesn't work out for you. So people stick to safe bets. Pix really has a plethora of options to make this work so much better, like an complete overhaul of the workshop. It's a damn shame that game with so many weapons and robots offers so little variaty. Like, it's 2024 and WR doesn't even have customization of robots is just.... embarrasing. Imagine the endless stream of unique colour schemes that players WOULD spend time and money on. For reference, games with character customization has been a thing in games since later 80's/early 90's. And pix won't even allow you gain PRE-EXISTING COLOUR SCHEMES. Pathetic. So it's either drop a lot of money or wait 6-7 months to complete x6 weapons. And then you have to upgrade...

I'm not sure if I would use it on Scorpion. What would be VERY good weapons for Scorpion after the rebalance are cryo weapons. The Rime and Cryo will be getting a very good buff and are perfect for Scorpion.

Just because people say they're useless doesn't mean they're dumb... they just haven't done a lot of testing and don't know about all the different options.
