Hahaha, THANK YOU for pointing that out! I completely agree. My goal in making mash-ups is to take two great songs and make something *new* - not a medley, not just playing one song on top of the other's instrumental. So, I'm glad that other people notice that extra effort too :) Thank you for the nice words!

This is a true mashup. True, there are some great mashups where it's really the vocals of one song over the instrumentals of another, but I find such a mashup like this to be far more "true" to the concept. You greatly impress me. By the way, if it's possible, could I request a mashup of two songs I think will work great (especially if it were made by you)? :)

I appreciate your attention to detail, and totally agree with you - I think that the definition of a "mashup" has recently gotten mixed up to somehow include "medley", "remix", etc. I like to make my songs as seamless as possible, as if the artists were actually in a room together :) So thank you! What idea did you have in mind?

Adrianna Villa I think you capture that concept perfect then! As for the mashup, I have two ideas for you, in case you prefer one idea over the other. My first suggestion is a mashup of "Driving Through A Dream" by Andrew McMahon and "Drive" by Violet Sands. My backup suggestion is "This Is Gospel (Piano Version)" by Panic! at The Disco and "High Dive (Canyons Version)" by Andrew McMahon. Let me know what you think. I'd love to seriously hear what you can come up with either of these ideas! :)
