Prerna chaturvidahi g there is only one thing you to do. Just practice on daily basis, and more time you will give to practice it will make your moves impressive. Ek kahawat hai na practice makes perfect. So practice only daily basis and enhance you daily practice routine.

Hi buddy... I always had the confusion on popping ..Nicely explained.. but what I know is like leg pop is a fake pop .. u can't pop your leg, but just to give a effect we just make our thigh muscle up and bend our knee a bit.. and just to add on to your tutorial.. I think for arm pop.. it would be better if everybody knows when to hit our bicep and triceps muscle .Thank you so much for the effort you put..

Bro you can pop your legs too... There are two types of leg pops! Old school and new school In old school you have to throw your knee backwards and in new school you have to throw you knee outwards!! Instead of this a good teacher can teach you much better than me :)

Arm hits me focus elbow ko peeche karne me nai hota instead we use a combination of biceps, tripecs, and arms muscles . Forcing elbow can can can injuries so focus more on muscle control.
