it is the usual appearance you can see in the adsense after you make it. it needs to be reviewed by the adsense before it will be approved. Just wait for the result as it says that it usually takes a few days but in some cases it can take upto 2 weeks.

Yep same problem here - the troubleshooter doesn't help ... I've heard it's meant to give you an option to send a bill or similar to confirm your identity after 4 PIN have been sent, but that option doesn't come up in mine 😢
