ADT and Brinks Dirty Little Secret- Crappy Equipment?

I install for ADT in California . We use the ADT Control Command Panel. For the last 5 years! So not sure what they are doing back East in little towns. lol 😂

We are using the Qolsy Panel, which has become the panel of choice for ADT based on what we are seeing but they have private branded it. The majority of our customers are in TX and CA.

I wish you guys would buy out our contract. The guy who sold us the adt service and equipment message me today that he is with brinks now. I tried to get out of my adt contract just before 30 days of having the service turns out you only have 3 days to cancel adt contract. I went on googled all the equipment it was the same amount as you said priced at $3000 but actually costing around $1200.

Yes, they can hold you hostage with that contract. Unfortunately, we cannot get you out of it either.

Just had a door to door come by and gave me a good deal. Free equipment and lowering my overall internet, tv, and phone bill. I did a bunch of research before the installation guy came thru. I found alot of testimonies of customers having huge difficulties with cancelation and shady business practices. He came back, and I canceled everything. I think I dodged a bullet.

We do 24months contract tho ! Not 5years like most do !!!

That is much better than ripping people off on 5 year contracts. We will do 90 days same as cash for folks. Financing, based on what we think, is just not in the best interest of the customer.
