The formula should always 1:2:3(1Rava:2Shugar:3Water) this is perfect mix. Oil or ghee will be for 1cup rava it’s 3/4th cup.

Yess sugar is more.. We use sugar * rava in equal quantity... More over adding sugar before hot water is not gud idea.. Rava will not cook easily.... We pour sugar last after

We prepare Kesaribath in Refined oil so ಇಟ್ becomes very Soft and very thin 👍 if we prepare Kesaribath in Ghee... It Becomes very Hard... So i prefer Refined oil More then Ghee ☝️👌👌 Refined oil Gives Very Good Taste 👍
