Excellent, but delicate and demanding process. I would use readily available Ragi Huri Hittu instead and follow the last leg of the process! Voila

@aduge sadhana nice recipe. Please tell - while adding water to the flour to make it moist, how much water should we use for 2 cups of ragi flour. Measurement of this water to flour is very important to get perfect texture.

Hi Asha Your both recipes are excelent. Ragi is healthy item .You have made Ragi flour you made like granules form.This form of flour is best to make both items preparation.A new Tiffin's for morning and evenings snacks.Thank ad for sharing.
