You have a way of describing each page and making every book interesting. It's lovely, but I've decided no more double sided books until I finish the ones I have. I just don't color them much because a pure pencil page is so hard on my hands and I've yet to find a double page friendly base color I really enjoy using. I'm just terribly spoiled by my alcohol markers, so every time I go to color I wind up with a single sided book. I just bought a smaller set of watercolor pencils (the Goldfaber Aquas that my local craft store sells) so I will play with them a bit.

I used to get lots of blisters and cramps in my hands when I did not colour so much, now I find pens give me blisters! I think I have strengthened up my hands over the years. However, I totally understand that this isn't always the solution if you have hand issues, which fortunately I do not. Some people will sacrifice a page behind in a double sided book to use markers or get two copies of a book and do every other page in each, so they can complete every picture but still use markers.

Do you prefer a book which is bound or do you prefer a spiral ring bound book? Seems like the hard bound books are put under stress during every coloring session. Some are coming apart.

I am not a fan of spiral binding because the rings hurt my hand when I am colouring. I think it would be fine if I turned the book, but when I am filming I prefer to keep it the right way up. I have only had a page fall out of one book, so I guess I am lucky!
