I only heard the tail end of this song when KROQ did their flashback 500 back in the day and I believe it was for Memorial Day weekend. from then on I just fell in love with the adult net. I went to the warehouse Records & Tapes believe it Records & Tapes and all I knew was the song Edie sung by adult net. I searched everywhere for it I picked up their cassette the honey tangle which is awesome unfortunately It didn't have the song on it I searched everywhere and cannot find the song and then I find it on KZbin . I put it on my playlist I recorded on to Cassatt. And I still play my cassette the honey Tangle. She had such an amazing voice. And I blame it all on KROQ back in the day, thank you

Heard it first on Rodney on the ROQ, amazing song. The ROQ is loaded today with corporate garbage IMHO. We lived in a good ear to hear al the good new stuff that was not mainstream "80s". Take care.

You're so right! I was going to say that! And besides, the Adult Net's version has much better lyrics and a better tune. And Brix Smith is a whole lot better-looking than Ian Astbury, and she sings better. Ian Astubry was just a wannabe-jim-morrison bellower; Brix is a sweet pop girl with a sweet pop voice. I'll love this song forever.
