I was surprised ppl were saying they missed as when it still exists and has these, then I remembered I haven't even watched it since starting college since hardly anyone our age nowadays has cable unless their parents have it. literally the year i came to college was the year they discontinued cable services in the dorms and I was kinda sad abt it. people watch all the as shows, just either streaming it or pirating it instead of watching the channel. i weirdly miss cable in a nostalgic way, I almost wish there was a stream that would just show you regular adult swim commercials and all. it's a cable channel (idk if they have a streaming thing for it). you know how nick has nick jr, nick, and nick @ nite? well, cartoon network has that. it goes cartoon network then adult swim, which is a program block dedicated to shows (primairly cartoons) that's for people over 18. this is a parody of the bumpers they made in between the commercials and the next show from the 2000s - 2010s. the "inspirational quote" part of the video is inspired by the things they write in their iconic and sarcastic b&w bumpers. the [adult swim] or [as] part comes from their bumpers where the logo is hiding in plain sight in a creative way on some sort of stock footage landscape. sometimes they just put the logo at the end as a sign off kind of thing. so yeah, hope that helped (sry for the long explanation, have a nice day tho).
