I just bought 32 Americana colors at Hobby Lobby. The peacock color caught the eye of the cashier. It is gorgeous. Imagimorphia is starting to come along nicely.

Hi Dede, I have been watching your videos for a few weeks now and have to say I enjoy watching all that you do with all the different media and books you work with. I bought the Prismacolor pencils a week or so ago when you mentioned that were marked down to $100.01 on Amazon. Today, I checked again to see if they were still marked down and they are now $94.01! So a great deal for anyone who has been wanting to buy them for endless coloring delights! Thank you for sharing all your knowledge and stories :D

Hi, on part 1 some one asked about the opacity of Americana paints...if they go to the Decoart.com site they have a PDF of the opacity of their paints. It's under other resources.

Hello Dede, I have so enjoyed watching all of your videos; has made me much more brave to just go for it. I am having trouble blending pencils on top of the washes, am I doing the technique wrong or does that just not work as well? Thinking I am putting washes on to heavy?

You have to use light layers of pencil.
