You know when moi moi is ready when it seems firm when u touch it (note that if the moi moi was not so thick before cooking, it can be hard to tell) Or just do 35-45 minutes depending on the size inside the nylon I use moi moi tin and I just chook a chopstick inside, if it comes out clean, it's ready☺️
