BMan meat and dairy normally its worse but in general since the item has already been lukewarm/room temperature its unsafe to put it back as that can cause mildew from the leftover moisture refreezing after touching air.

I've just been bingeing your adulting series today! Full disclosure: I have been into kpop for the last 5ish years or so but didn't know anything about Ladies Code until I was listening to Get Real over the last few months and you shared that your contract ended. When I listened to that episode I was really curious to see what would be next for you. I imagined it wasn't an easy transition and was probably scary considering you've relied on the company for most things! It's been great to see how you grow and become independent in these vlogs. I find it inspiring since I have my own career goals and dreams, but I'm just trying to sort through my finances before I actually move out. Plus with this economy and housing crisis? I'll gladly stay with my parents a while longer lol but it's a relief to find out through your adulting series and through Get Real that no one knows what exactly to do as an adult. You're just doing what you can and going with it! Takes a lot of stress and anxiety out of the situation. I'm excited to keep watching more vlogs!

The USDA and the National Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources says you can refreeze something as long as it has not been left out of the fridge for more than 2 hours or 1 hour if the temp in your apartment is above 90F!! So you should be fine! I’ve personally done it plenty of times before.

The good thing about white towels is that you can throw it in the washer with bleach and it's (almost) as good as new! That's why hotels love to use white everything...easy to wash.

Ashley, please don't re-freeze rice. As you defrosted it at lunchtime, you can put it in the fridge and re-use it for dinner that same day or breakfast the next day, but if you don't use it within about 12 hours from the fridge, you shouldn't eat it. Don't feel bad--I learned the hard way! 🥡

With rice you can put it back but use it within a week just to be safe. *Pro tip: don’t leave it in room temperature for more than 3 hours it will go bad faster than usual*
