"Excellent work! Now do it again!"
SCP-3780, "Who Killed JFK?", an SCP animation where the SCP Foundation embarks on a neverending journey to ensure that JFK is killed when he does, despite attempts from other time travelers to stop them. Will the SCP Foundation succeed? Will they fail? Will SCP-3780 be broken forever and breach containment, whatever that could possibly mean?
Another attempt at creating an SCP animation with TF2 characters in SFM, this time taking 3780. Hopefully with a stronger focus on humor instead of drama. And a smidge of action with time travel. Adopting my 2nd favorite SCP for an SFM animation seemed only fitting, especially since that SCP-3780 is humorous in it's own right.
And as usual, this is far from canon. It's just a dumb SFM animation featuring the Engineer and the Scout from TF2 slaughtering assassins by the thousands for 200 years. It's just an SFM thing adapted from an SCP; don't get your panties in a bunch.
------
SCP-3780 describes the collective attempts by various individuals, third parties, and separate temporal versions of the Foundation to prevent the assassination of United States President John Fitzgerald Kennedy by Lee Harvey Oswald on 22 November, 1963.

Context for those who don't understand what this SCP animation is about, or want to know more about SCP-3780:
SCP-3780 is all the attempts by people, time travelers or not, to stop the assassination of JFK. The SCP Foundation (specifically, the Temporal Anomalies Department) deem it necessary to ensure that JFK is assassinated since that preserves the timeline. Or so they think. The first shot involves an agent's first mission, while the senior agent shows him the ropes.
The agents of the Temporal Anomalies Department begin a campaign to aggressively stop any attempts at "changing the timeline" before they spiral out of control, utilizing their time travel capabilities for this purpose, which was the eloquently named "Operation Thunderbolt". The animation displayed two such agents "containing" SCP-3780 by preserving the timeline.
But eventually, they run into evidence that the SCP Foundation itself is also trying to undermine Operation Thunderbolt, by seeing that one of the people trying to break SCP-3780 is an SCP agent (represented by the identical Spy). In their confusion, another SCP agent from another timeline shows up, where in his timeline JFK was never killed.
The two SCP Foundation representatives argue, and it eventually spirals out of control until one of the agents explicitly asks them what the original purpose of SCP-3780 was. He comes to the conclusion that he was tasked with containing SCP-3780 not for any practical reason or anomalous purpose. Instead, he was merely caught up in a bunch of SCP Foundation higherups trying to show themselves that their timeline is the dominant one, by putting effort into making sure JFK is killed or stays alive.
Frustrated that his life's work was pointless, he kills everyone involved in the decision and leaves for another time, this time returning to the junior agent's first mission. They decide that they couldn't care less about whether JFK's death is prevented or not, and decide to do nothing as their past selves stop the JFK assassination.

Trivia:
As aforementioned, this is my second favorite SCP, after SCP-2639. And no, it's highly unlikely I'll ever animate that one.
A 3 minute video that spiraled into 5. Again. You're noticing a trend here with my SCP SFMs, aren't you?
There are many subtle references to my other TF2 and SCP videos. See if you can find any. And as usual, no hints.
Time spent: 314 hours.
That is all. See you all soon.
