Okay, he mistreated her and neglected her after the wedding. BUT, why did the FL marry him in the first place???? He clearly told her and grandmother that he doesn't like her. Why do women assume that if they "put in enough effort", men will like them? Are men projects to be moulded? It's good he fell for her after the divorce, her fantasy became true. But reality is so much different 😅 There are so many female clients who tell me that they forced a marriage in the hope that "love will change them". Great ending, although I really pitied the FL's daughter, the kid was manipulated by 2Fl and way too young to understand th consequences of her own actions. Leaving her with the father and just walking into the sunset with a new guy and an adopted little girl was just not right . This isn't the story where FL & ML were really in love, and then changed over time. This story, their marriage was the grandmother's emotional blackmail, and ML was openly not happy with the arranged marriage. FL knew there was no love nor respect from the beginning. He cheated soon after marriage, and she knew it. She made a mistake, experienced the consequences of the mistake, and moved on. She wasn’t angry nor blamed ML. She actually wished him a good life with his mistress. Like she said, these decisions aren't made overnight. This ML is pretty scum though when you're openly having an affair with your wife's half sister. The story with the biological daughter is a little heart wrenching. She would have been 5/6 years old. Mothers don't walk away easily, and it takes years of broken heart and life to do so, but I'll give this mom an OK to walk away. She thought about custody, but chose not to given daughter did not choose her. As a mom, the daughter's spoiled behavior is her responsibility too at that age, but this short drama doesn’t go into details all the behaviors fed to the little girl by the ML, mistress, and even the disrespectful ML's sister. She offered co-parenting, but was not going to fight for primary custody, and she was no longer going to give up her life for their sake anymore. A custody battle wouldn't have been in the best interest of the little girl either. There was no concern for her well-being. FL working on herself in the long run probably will serve as the better role model for her daughter in the future.

This was wrong on many levels and it's because of the writing. It would be acceptable if the little girl wasn't her bio daughter, but leave her just because she said and acted in a childish way makes you a bad mother. She is young enough that you can teach and discipline those things out of her; especially if you take her away from the bad influence. Leave the husband, but fight for your child.
