Waste of time searching for correct name. Every acused has to face the law. Court has tried offenders with names like Don, Chota Rajan, Chota Shakeel, Bhai, etc that's why there is provision of 'alias', a.k.a (also known as).... Rights have to be protected. All citizens have rights. Women's Commission missing? SC's verdict in Sabrimalai case.
