ADV160 | Day 1 SoloRT | 🇸🇬 SG to Cameron Highlands 🇲🇾

Decided to take a solo endurance roadtrip from Singapore to Malaysia’s Cameron Highlands ~ Georgetown, Penang ~ Kuala Lumpur.
Didn’t want to stress out the small engine so decided to spread it out with layovers at Cameron Highlands before reaching Penang and back to Kuala Lumpur before final ride back to Singapore.

Sorry sir but my humble opinion,mybe if u can change the roller pulley bearing,upgrade up to 1g,mybe,mybe ur top can get around 120kmh..if im not mistaken,the std bearing wt for adv 160 is 19g..if u can upgrade to 20g,i think u can up a little ur topspeed..

@@razifsani4735 no need to be sorry bro, it’s a good opinion. But then, I can hit 116kmph, if going through the hassle just to get that 4kmph, a little pointless for me 🤣. Btw, I rarely modify internals for fearing issues in the long-run. Unless the mods can hit 130kmph, then may worth while, in my opinion. Did you change for yours? I assumed you riding adv too 😆

@iantyb.motovlog nope sir im riding pcx 150 yr 2019..my stock bearing is 17g n using that,i can go to only around 110kmh..but when i change to 20g,my top increase to 120kmh,but theres a catch there...i lost little bit my pickup,because get top speed but reduce pickup. But still because im riding hiway for long distance,its ok for me

@@razifsani4735 that sounds pretty good for your bike, 3g increased.. For mine will only be 1g, like no diff but I’ll ask my mechanic when it’s time to replace the belts and rollers. So yours is just rollers and pulley? No change to ECU?

@@MadanaBrinda hey there, my idling rpm hovers between 1.8k-2k (a little high imo but I guess it’s because it’s a cvt design) It’s a 160cc engine, I ran at 8k out of 10k rpm so I guess yes.. but also because I placed my mic at my back pocket, probably why it’s more loud 😅 can even hear the stuffs in my box rattling

@@thomasmuller9243 as far as I know, legally it’s not allowed but they close one eye for motorcycles due to smaller cc motorcycles is simply not fast enough to be even on the left most lanes.
