Jai Guru dev very well explained maharaj ji ! But without using the vedic methods of dwait ,the experience of adwait is very difficult , even in Geeta 12 th chapter Lord Krishna told Arjuna to have faith in his personal form first. Because of different temperaments of peoples , different - different duties are assigned by Vedas based on their temperaments (they got during their birth).
