This part reminds me of the meeting of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa with Narendra (Swami Vivekananda...In early 1882, Narendranath went to meet Ramakrishna at Dakshineswar. There too, without much ado, he directly asked Ramakrishna- Sir, have you seen God? Ramakrishna smiled calmly, and then promptly replied without any hesitation- Yes, I have seen God. I see Him as I see you here, only more clearly. God can be seen. One can talk to him. Seeing the divine vision in every living being should be our goal. Thank you for expressing your clarity of understanding in a simple way.

Swamiji, if Krishna states that the individual JIVA is a part of BRAHMAN, is he not indicating what the Vishista Advaitist says? And in the Upanishads anything which is a Shruti or anything which is a Smriti should always be accepted, therefore when a param brahmagyani like Krishna comments should it not be accepted likewise? I have another question though not directly related to this session but very well connected to the knowledge or Brahman. If Brahman is equal to consciousness then even consciousness is eternal, however in the recent studies of consciousness and also what the neurosciences claims is that consciousness is produce-able . If that is the case anything which is produce-able is also destroy-able , and if this can be some day proved, then what will be the stand of our Shrutis and Smritis (Scriptures)? My knowledge on spirituality is limited, therefore I beg to understand this from you very precisely. Please enlighten me.
