All I would need is to see if I can add extra speakers on the Reckless fairing I have on my '17 Road King. It comes equipped with 350w amp to push the 4 speakers that are already on the fairing.

More than likely your amp is a 4 ohm stable amp. If your speakers are 8ohm you can run them in parallel and it will drop them to 4ohm and it will still be safe as the amp is 4ohm stable. If the speakers are 4ohm then you cannot do that as it will drop the load to 2 ohm and your is not stable for 2ohm. Or you can run them in series and it will remain 4 ohm but the total power being delivered to the speakers will lower since it divided into both of them. Of you can add another smaller 4 channel amp. I hope this helps.
