Thing with the so called break away squeegee. If the knobs are not tight enough, the squeegee comes off when you first put it down and start to vacuum, if you tighten too much, then it does note break away. Been working on ALL brands of scrubber that have so called break away squeegee design and this holds true for every last one. BTW, the so called break away squeegee design is nothing new, been around for over 25 years now. Nice video though. Good other info and good scrubber overall.

so if you turn off the vacuum and then turn off the system. does it have like a memory set that will keep the vacuum off

It will reset and and the vacuum will automatically turn on when you hit the scrub function button. Hope that helps!

What it means when it flashing full water but there no water in the tank

Sounds like a malfunctioning float switch - Check both tanks.
