I like your content and how you approach this type of work. I would like to throw my two cents into the game. When you have time perhaps you could do a short video on the principal, Like medical history, does my client have any health issues, meds etc. Then discuss protocol for a medical emergency.... Hospitals. ER, traffic pattern, time of day......

Figure out your route according to itinerary, have a backup plan should that route go to shit, send a team to advance any stops on the itinerary, while you're there, grab menus or snap a photo of the menu and send it to the agents with the client just in case, count the restrooms, number of exits and know the immediate AO. Document all hospitals and airports in the area. Check for parking for the motorcade to arrive and provide details to the hot car with the principal inside..
