Also since spirit bomb is big fire damage, it gets amplified by Fiery Demise big time! Soul Cleave also has less value without Focused Cleave talented BUT it's still extremely important to dump excess fury because of the 4 set reducing SoF CD.

Underused sigils has always been an extremely common mistake. They are on a shorter cooldown than ever, with 2 charges, they now give a free soul, and they further reduce each others cd when they hit. Use your sigils on cooldown. Use them to lock down caster packs. Drop one on the summoning stone when you arrive at a dungeon, just because you can. Join other Vengeance players in a group and light up your local auction house like a rave. Blizzard wants you to use your sigils, Dorki wants you to use your sigils.

Love the guide! Normally I do decree -> spirit bomb -> spirit bomb, because with high enough haste, you’ll be able to get bomb off before decree activates. It’s a little bit more bursty, and tbh I doubt it makes that much of a difference so maybe I should stop lmao

6:39 "get to 5 souls - Spirit Bomb - Elysian Decree - Spirit Bomb again" arent you loosing a gcd this way? Because when you Spirit Bomb then put down the decree you cannot Spirit Bomb again on the next gcd but have to wait a bit for the Decree to activate and the souls to appear and in this time you can use some ability. How i use it is get to 5 souls - Elysian Decree - Spirit Bomb - Spirit Bomb. Am i making a mistake with this or not understanding something?

I do not do much in raids and M+ . I friend and I do try to 2 man heroic's as 2 tanks Brewmaster and Vengeance DH and it is fun to do. Dawn of the Infinite is the one we have been doing and the last run we downed Grommash Hellscream in 43 seconds and before that patch old record was 3 minutes and 23 seconds. My new Vengeance DH build makes more impossible to die and soak in the damage. This is my current build - BUkAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASikkISSIJhEiAkolkkkIJJkWS0kESQAAAAAJJA - I also try doing soloing hard content. Yes may take longer to kill some thing but able to spam sigils often and able to soak a ton of damage without much health loss is be key.

Hi, im new to dh vengance, but i noticed that you can cast the elisium sigil, while havung 5 souls, and yoi have time to cast spirit bomb before you get the souls from the sigil. Hence if you have enough fury (cuz of fel blade) you could use twice in a row. And that deals a lot of burst damage

Just about to drop in with my new Sigil of Chains build based off this. While I had been running Bear and Pally tanks up to 10.1, I'd also leveled up my DH and DK tanks to a decent enough level. There's been enough boosts available to allow me to essentially re-roll my DH as my new 'main' for 10.2. Really wanting to understand balancing tankiness v DPS.

My Soul Cleave does way more damage than my Spirit Bomb at 5 souls when there’s just 1 target and it costs less fury. So why does every guide tell me to use Spirit Bomb on single target? That doesn’t seem right and I thought it was different before.

Do you think we have a parry cap we should hit? Like if I have 2 buzzing runes on, I'm at 17% parry, with spikes I'm at 32% and then with the new illuminated sigils (15% parry, was 20%) I'd be at 47%. Is that a suitable amount of parry or should we aim for like 50% or higher?

He answered on stream a day or two ago. He only uses it if he has souls but not fury. You generate a ton of souls this patch in aoe and there are some times when you won’t have enough fury to use them.

What's the preferable use of fear sigils in m+? Outside of special cases when you need to cc mobs specifically. As, for example, to interrupt when you don't have silence sigil/stun/interrupt. Also, is there a certain number of enemies on the screen where its worth using a spirit bomb even with 1 soul than soul cleave because soul cleave is limited to 5 targets?

Spirit bomb at 4+ stacks or 3+ when in meta. Cleave when you just spiritbombed and have like 40ish fury, because by the time u press anything to generate 4+ souls again you will have enough fury to bomb again so no need to pool it.

I really don't suggest a build without Soulmonger talent, it has been carrying me since the beginning of season 2, it always amounts to about 15-20% of healing done, and is in top 3 by recount.
