Dear child, When the verb 'have' is used as a verb of possession, it is known as a state verb, and can't be changed into passive voice. For example: I have a pen. A pen is had by me. ( Wrong) But When we use the verb 'have' in the sense other than 'possesstion', it is not considered as a state verb, and can be changed into passive voice. For example I have my dinner at 10. ( Here 'have' means 'to eat', and doesn't show possession, so here it's not a state verb, but here it's been used as an action verb, so it can be changed into passive voice. I have a pen. ( Here 'have' shows possession, so can't be changed into passive voice) In the same way, the sentence given below is correct because the verb 'had' has been used in the sense of 'to bathe'. Look at the examples He bought a car for his son. Direct object=a car Object to a preposition= his son(not object to a verb) So passive voice A car was bought for me by my father.( Correct) But I was bought a car by my father.(wrong) There are some intransitive verbs like Laugh, bark, sleep etc. And they cannot be changed into passive voice. But if we a preposition is added, these intransitive Verbs turn into transitive verbs, these are called phrasal verbs. And the noun or pronoun after them becomes direct object. So we can change them into passive voice. For example He laughed at me. I was laughed at by him.

If I wrote such as : 2. It was decided to leave early by us. 👆👆Can it be right??

As a matter of fact, there is no need to say 'by us' it should be omitted .
